ECA & OECD organize Conference on Competition Law and Policy in Egypt

The Egyptian Competition Authority in cooperation with the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) will organize Conference on the Assessment of Competition Law and Policy in Egypt. The conference will be sponsored by theCommercial Law Development Program (CLDP).

ECA acquires the right to refer cases to public prosecution independently

Finally the Egyptian Competition Authority is now having the independent power to settle its final cases or to refer it to the Public prosecution.
